By accessing and using LeavePlan ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Use of Service

LeavePlan provides time-off management software for businesses. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Pricing and Payment

LeavePlan offers different pricing tiers:

  • Free Plan: Available for companies with up to 15 employees
  • Growth Plan: $20/month flat rate for 16-100 employees
  • Enterprise Plan: $0.50 per employee for companies with 100+ employees

Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept major credit cards and ACH payments.

5. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LeavePlan and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LeavePlan, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
