3. Work at a location with 50+ employees within 75 miles
**Employer Requirements:**
- Private employers with 50+ employees
- All public agencies (regardless of size)
- All public/private elementary and secondary schools
**Qualifying Reasons for FMLA:**
- Birth and care of newborn child
- Placement of child for adoption or foster care
- Care for spouse, child, or parent with serious health condition
- Your own serious health condition
- Military caregiver or exigency leave
